  • We ensure that all products from SMR NUTZ are of the best quality, fresh, and hygienically packed.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products.
    Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).
    Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Returns will not be accepted based on taste preference.
  • Once the return is verified, refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
